Postpartum Circle

  • Berkeley, California (map)

Postpartum Circle is a one-hour sacred pause created just for new mothers.

This is a space without our little ones, without tending, without performing. A space where you are not needed, but deeply held. Rooted in the tradition of women’s circles, we gather in intentional community to breathe, soften, and return to ourselves. Through guided reflection, gentle sharing, and grounded presence, we step into a held container that honors the quiet metamorphosis of motherhood.

What will the circle include?

This space will be a modification of our signature circle.

It will include breathing, sharing with a talking piece, and guided connection. Our intention is that you leave feeling lighter, seen, and supported.

Who is this for?

Moms with babies 0-12 months old.

Do I bring my baby?

Babies 0-6 months are welcome.

Why not 6-12 month babes?

Because of nature of the space, the container we are trying to create, and our limited time of just 60 minutes, only the teeny tiny babies can join.

BUT, if its hard for you to leave your baby, and going in public sounds stressful, please join us for the Virtual Circle

There is no fixing here. No advice-giving. No comparison.  Only witnessing, truth, and connection.

Postpartum Circle is a sanctuary to be seen as a woman inside of motherhood, to remember that your inner world matters, that your evolution is sacred, and that you are not alone in the unraveling and the rising.

Come as you are. Leave feeling steadied, softened, and reconnected — to yourself and to the quiet power of community.

Hosted at Luminae Wellness in Berkeley, we will enjoy the peaceful space with fresh air and natural light.

Facilitated by Eileen Cullen

Eileen’s commitment to community is steady and deeply felt, with a particular passion for uplifting women and young girls. She views Women’s Circles as part of a long-standing, sacred lineage—spaces that have existed across cultures and generations for connection, reflection, and transformation. In a time when genuine connection can feel scarce, she believes these circles offer essential opportunities for healing, self-discovery, and returning to both self and community.

Over the past seven years, Eileen has devoted herself to the study and facilitation of council, restorative justice, and communication circles for both youth and adults. Rooted in a strong personal spiritual practice, she approaches this work as an act of service, holding intentional, grounded space where others can feel seen, heard, and supported in their own journeys.
